01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1777 BDT ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1777 BDT platform — including the website, mobile app, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

02 Eligibility

To use 1777 BDT, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

03 Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 1777 BDT. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person — identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other means — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and, in cases of deliberate abuse, forfeit any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

1777 BDT supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad, the two primary mobile financial services used by Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits are credited to your 1777 BDT account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Before your first withdrawal, 1777 BDT may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. • Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in your account.

05 Betting Rules

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules take precedence.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 1777 BDT, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming. 1777 BDT is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

1777 BDT reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the defined postponement window.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event was manipulated or fixed.
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded (late bet).
• The player was ineligible to place the bet under these Terms at the time of placement.

In-play betting markets on 1777 BDT are subject to suspension and re-pricing during live events. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. 1777 BDT is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or viewing in-play bets.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

1777 BDT offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible markets.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if a bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement, the full bonus amount must be wagered ten times across eligible markets before a withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable once requirements are met.
• 1777 BDT reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

1777 BDT employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns and account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1777 BDT platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, data feeds, and user interface — is the intellectual property of 1777 BDT or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on 1777 BDT without prior written permission. Scraping data from the platform, including odds data, is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

1777 BDT provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1777 BDT is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities arising from platform downtime or technical errors.

11 Account Closure

You may close your 1777 BDT account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations on the account.

1777 BDT reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited.

12 Changes to Terms

1777 BDT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 1777 BDT after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1777 BDT holds its operating licence.
